Weekend Wallpaper
staring not at each other, but in the same direction.

Seen here, originally from here. A meme. Show the wallpaper on your computer. Easy enough. It's my favorite photo. The beau and I at Joshua Tree National Park last fall. Perhaps we'll do something new and photo-worthy this weekend so you don't get bored of the same one. It's beautiful in San Diego right now, the beau's back from eight days in Texas, and we have a whole 30-something hours off.
For knitting content, here's my old wallpaper, up until about 2 months ago.I'm sure there's something deeply symbolic about the change, but I will say that it did seem a little odd to have all that snow on my computer in San Diego.

You guys look fabulous there!
Sexy beau. The great outdoors. 30 hours off. I must say, I'm jealous! Up here in the Pacific Northwest, we seem to be relieving biblical flood days. I'm SICK of the rain. Not that I'd be able to go outdoors even if it were sunny... it's officially the end of the semester, and I've got mountains to grade before I sleep.
The Boyfriend's dad is in and out of the hospital, the Living in Sin apartment is too thrashed to be sexy, and we're both so stressed by our lives that co-habitation has yet to become the Taster's Choice commercial I've been hoping for. Ugh.
That said, your Christmas care package is finally done marinating on my kitchen counter and should be sent along (with long letter!) this Monday.
I miss you. Sorry to be such a bad friend... if it makes you feel any better, I'm a bad girlfriend and bad teacher, too.
Oh, crisis of the faith, how we love thee!
Both are great wallpapers, but I can see why you elected to go with the new one!!
Aw. Such nice scenery. ;)
Great wallpaper! You make a cute couple!
now that is a great wallpaper picture! you guys make a cute couple, oh yeah, the background imagery is nice too!
Great photo! I don't have wallpaper - just solid blue background. I like how you count your time off in hours!
Oh no, Kate, you force me to respond with encouraging words, but we usually keep that sort of thing on our own blog(s). Perhaps annotated Harlequins are in store for both you and T. I am in grad school, after all. If I can annotate Wallace Stevens, I can annotate Shirl Henke.
Nice wallpaper, T :)
Love the wallpaper! I feel really boring now since mine is some plant-based thing that came with my computer. Our home computer does have a campus dance photo, however.
Well, I like the first photo of the two of you, but I was fond enough of the second photo that I saved it to *my* computer, where it will live on my desktop for a while. Nice!
Fortunately your snowy computer has that lovely sweater to keep it warm!
